A Smooth Start

On Saturday, August 24, 2024, Project ML-Gratitude was proud to be a part of the 5TH Annual Veterans Memorial Ride brought to you by the infamous Mark Lockman and Wheelz Bar & Grill in Englewood.  It was a great day for a ride without any real threat of weather.  We set up next to The Patriot Guard in our usual spot.  Our 2020 Can-Am Spyder F3 was ready to go to a new owner.

    The flag waves on a windless day in preparation of our National Anthem

After the award for Master Chief, our National Anthem was to be played over the PA system, but there were gremlins in the microphone.  In one of the many great moments from this ride, the crowd took matters into their own hands.  The flag waved at that moment from the breath of our veterans.
